Honestly, I have no medical background and the best answer is to probably test uourself during spring summer fall and winter to see when you are lacking. You don’t want to take too much if you aren’t deficient in it. I’m totally not doing that and just guessing right now and getting about 8000 a day. Seems to not be too much for a grown adult to cause any issues and enough to give me a potential boost until they figure this stuff out.
